The vivo X90 received a midlife upgrade with the vivo X90s just over seven months after its introduction. As the name suggests, the new device is a slight upgrade that features a new chipset called the Dimensity 9200+ and two new color options: white and green.
The X90s is visually identical to its vivo X90 sibling, save for the additional colors. It has a 6.78-inch AMOLED screen with a resolution of 2800 x 1260 pixels and a refresh rate of 120 Hz. UFS 4.0 storage and LPDDR 5X RAM are standard across all X90s versions.

Wi-Fi 7 and Dimensity 9200+ connectivity are featured on the X90s.
The back includes the same 50MP main camera (1.49″ size, 1.0 m pixels), a 12 MP ultrawide lens, and a 12 MP telephoto module with a 50mm equivalent. On top of Android 13 comes vivo’s OriginOS 3 for the software side. A 4,810mAh battery with 120W fast charging is also included with the X90s.

Pricing and Availability
The Vivo X90s is available in three configurations:
- 8GB RAM + 256GB storage model priced at 3,999 yuan (~$553)
- 12GB RAM + 256GB storage model priced at 4,299 yuan (~$594)
- 12GB RAM + 512GB storage model priced at 4,699 yuan (~$650)
In China, vivo and its affiliate merchants already accept orders for the vivo X90s. Customers can officially purchase On June 30.
